Every school has students who haven't opened Pathful yet this year. This fall, we're running a contest built to close that gap, and to recognize the schools that do it best.

The Fall Reach Challenge runs October 14 through November 13, 2026. Schools compete to grow the percentage of their students reached with Pathful's Career Readiness and Development tools during that window, and prizes go out in every size category, so a 200-student school has just as real a shot as a 3,000-student high school.

We're running this early in the year on purpose. Our data shows that the most successful schools are the ones that get a wide range of students using Pathful early, not just a handful of power users, but broad participation from the start of the year.

How the Challenge Works

Schools are grouped into three size tiers based on total enrollment, so you're only ever competing against schools your own size:

• Small: 100–500 students
• Medium: 501–2,000 students
• Large: 2,001+ students

Schools need at least 100 total students to qualify, which keeps the percentage comparison meaningful.

A student counts as reached once they log in and take one meaningful action: completing an assessment, finishing an assignment, working on a career journal, watching a video, building a resume or cover letter, writing a goal, or attending a session. Whichever tier you're in, the school that grows its percentage of students reached the most between October 14 and November 13 wins.

Prizes

All prizes are gift cards for use on students, student programs, or student supplies.

• Tier winners: one per size tier, $250 gift card each
• Tier runners-up: one per size tier, $200 gift card each
• Raffle: any school that reaches 80% of its students qualifies. Four winners total, one drawn from each size tier plus one more from the full qualifying pool, $100 gift card each

Tier winners also earn the exclusive Fall Reach Challenge badge for the 2026-27 school year.

How to Get Involved

No sign-up required. Every school already using Pathful is automatically entered. Your Customer Success Manager can tell you which tier your school falls into and share your progress as the contest runs.
