Pathful Names Einat Ifrah as Chief Financial Officer

Raleigh, NC, March 30, 2026 -- Pathful, the nation’s leading career readiness and development company, today announced the appointment of Einat Ifrah as Chief Financial Officer. Ifrah brings more than 18 years of global finance and operations leadership to Pathful, where she will serve as a strategic partner to the executive team as the company continues to expand its reach and deepen its impact for students and adult learners nationwide.

Ifrah joins Pathful from Brainly, a global learning platform serving 300 million students worldwide, where she served as SVP of Finance and led financial strategy through periods of rapid growth. Prior to Brainly, she held finance leadership roles at Spytec GPS and LivePerson, a publicly traded technology company, where she oversaw global financial operations across APAC, EMEA, and commercial business lines. She began her career as an Audit Senior at Deloitte. She holds a B.A. in Economics from Ben-Gurion University and a Master of Laws from Bar-Ilan University. Ifrah is based in Austin, Texas.
