Authentic Industry Content

Every project is sourced from professionals actively working in the field, grounded in an industry framework, not an academic one. Learners build essential employability skills including critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication.

WBL Hours & Compliance

Each project requires 20-30 hours of documented work-based learning experience. Students may earn WBL hours toward practicum and course requirements. Administrators can track participation and support Perkins V alignment.

Industry Mentorship

Teachers can request connections with industry professionals through the platfoms who can provide guidance, feedback, and insights to enhance the project experience.

Flexibible Delivery

Deploy these projects in-class or independently, in teams or solo, across a full semester or on a condensed timeline. No employer partnerships are required.

Project Phase Overview

Teacher Prep

Set timeline, group learners, choose assessment, request sessions early, and prep learners.

Kick-Off

Learners review materials, understand project goals, and establish team roles.

Research

Learners conduct research on the problem and industry, including stakeholder analysis.

Ideate

Learners generate multiple solution approaches through structured ideation.

Finalize
